Let's celebrate Día de los Muertos as it is celebrated in Ecuador! Enjoy a family-friendly program where we introduce colada morada, a traditional Ecuadorian drink prepared especially for this time of year. During the one-hour program, guided by renowned Chef Pastora, she will explain the ingredients, preparation process, and cultural meaning behind the drink, and bring the finished colada morada to share with participants. There will be an interactive activity where families will decorate guaguas de pan, the traditional sweet bread enjoyed with colada morada. It would be a fun opportunity to learn about Ecuadorian culture, food, and traditions while creating something together. All ages welcomed!
