Join us for an afternoon of sauerkraut making in this hands-on workshop led by Julez Ferments. We'll explore the basic techniques of sauerkraut making, transforming the humble cabbage into a long lasting, gut enriching, living food.

All materials provided, but we recommend you bring an apron!

Note: Back by popular demand, this class is a repeat for those who missed our January 2026 Sauerkraut class, and will feature the same content as the previous workshop.
